We are looking to hire a Content Management Systems Administrator.
Role Responsibilities:
- Review and approve/decline new event submissions from Business Units across the organization in Strapi
- Train new users of Strapi on event entry
- Assist the team investigate and respond to Business Unit Ticket submissions related to content or other technical issues related to the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system (CMS)
- Assist the Web Development Team in Quality Assurance Testing when bandwidth permits
Required:
- Experience with conducting online user training
- Experience creating training documentation and videos
- Experience with troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively while working remotely
Preferred:
- Experience with the Strapi open-source headless content management system
- Experience with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system
- Experience as a content reviewer/administrator for a Website
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Tester
- Experience utilizing Issue Management Software for reporting, tracking, investigating, and resolving issue tickets (i.e. JIRA)
