We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our cross-functional Agile Production Operations team. In this role, you will sustain and enhance configured SAP IBP components for Demand and Supply Planning, bridging the gap between Tier 1 Help Desk triage and Tier III Prototype Development teams. You will play a critical role in resolving production incidents, optimizing IBP capabilities, and supporting the continuous improvement of SAP-based solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 operational support for SAP IBP production capabilities within a cross-functional Agile team.

  • Analyze, design, configure, and test SAP IBP modules for Demand and Supply Planning.

  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and resolve complex software or configuration issues.

  • Monitor and report on operational performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.

  • Ensure alignment with established delivery methodologies and promote efficient, high-quality outcomes.

  • Serve as a liaison between business users, developers, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

  • Mentor and guide team members, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.

  • Stay current on SAP IBP and S/4HANA updates, tools, and best practices to drive process and system improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Intermediate experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) – configuration, demand planning, and supply planning modules.

  • Intermediate experience in SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to balance operational support with project enhancement initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required).
  • Active Secret Clearance Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SAP IBP integrations with S/4HANA or third-party systems.

  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform, CPI-DS, or related integration tools.

  • Prior consulting or enterprise-scale implementation experience.
