We are hiring a Senior Recruiter that will develop and execute strategies to effectively recruit and retain a highly engaged workforce by implementing new recruiting technologies and standard operating procedures. We are looking for candidates that have:

  • Ability to quickly embrace and implement new technology
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
  • Ability to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement highly effective recruiting strategies and activities to attract a diverse and high performing candidate pool
  • Lead the staffing process for highly skilled positions including authoring job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Implement processes that optimize the recruiting process including but not limited to: requisition management, service level performance and dashboard reports
  • Partner with senior management and functional departments to develop recruitment marketing strategies and initiatives for our current and future needs
  • Negotiate service level agreements with hiring managers and the HR team
  • Analyze hiring statistical data to identify and understand hiring trends and results; make recommendations for improvement
  • Drive innovative projects i.e., non-traditional recruiting methods, campaigns, and implement technologies
  • Build a recruiting culture and talent pipeline, by creating programs that improve candidate response, strengthen the employer brand and identify and present a diverse candidate pool
  • Develop parameters to strengthen organizations diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Advise and train hiring managers on all aspects of recruiting process including establishing an interview protocol and feedback collection procedure
  • Make evidence based decisions on offers to candidates, negotiate employment agreements, conduct pre-employment background and reference screening and lead on-boarding to ensure compliance and a positive candidate experience
  • Develop preferred vendor criteria and selection

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated experience with recruitment marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and source for a broad range of positions across a range of departments and industries
