Software Developer Remote
We are seeking Mid-Senior level Software Developers with strong system administration skills to be part of a dynamic team in a collaborative environment that fosters advanced research, concept exploration, product development and support.

Responsibilities:
- Work within a team environment to produce quality software
- Design and develop software according to requirements and project deadlines
- Learn new technologies continuously and apply as appropriate to the design and development of software projects
- Communicate effectively with team members, internal clients, and external clients regarding project goals/status, project support, and technology capabilities
- Develop aviation domain knowledge continuously to further knowledge across the company and to add insight on projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field
- 5+ years of experience with the following:
- Developing Java applications
- Experience with Java, Spring framework, and API development
- Familiarity with J2EE standards, especially EJB, JMS, JSP, and servlets a plus
- Knowledge of Air Traffic Management or aviation domain is a plus
- Knowledge of fast-time simulation is a plus
- Must have prior working experience in and be comfortable with a fast-paced, team development environment
- Solid communication skills and an ability to be flexible are a must
- Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Travel: < 10% (CONUS)
